How to Drop your Doctor

Step 1:

Go to https://knowthefactsmmj.com/

Step 2:

Click the purple button titled “LOG INTO THE REGISTRY”

Step 3:

Attempt to log in, you may need to utilize the “Forgot Password?” option and navigate to your email to reset the password. 

*Note: you may also be required to change your password since they do expire

Step 4:

Click “YOUR PROFILE”

Step 5:

Click “MANAGE PROFILE DETAILS”

Step 6:

Click “LEAVE YOUR CURRENT PHYSICIAN”

Step 7:

Click “CONFIRM” and you’re done!
